G’day — I’m Wade. Here’s why I built this.

Most property websites are built by agencies to generate listings. Gold Coast Property Guide was built to do something different — give buyers and sellers on the southern Gold Coast corridor honest, independent market intelligence without the sales pressure.

I’ve spent over 20 years in commercial and sales roles across Australia, the United States and international markets. I’ve co-founded and scaled a consumer brand internationally, managed end-to-end commercial relationships in competitive environments, and developed a deep understanding of how positioning, negotiation and market timing drive outcomes.

When I started looking closely at the southern Gold Coast property market, I kept seeing the same thing — buyers and sellers making decisions based on generic information that didn’t reflect what was actually happening on the ground. I built this guide to fix that.

I’m currently completing my real estate licence and will be operating under an agency arrangement — which means everything on this site is building toward a full-service offering for buyers and sellers on the corridor I know best, from Mermaid Beach to Coolangatta.
